Pitch Hire
A floodlit, all-weather 3G pitch at Coronation Park, available all year round — and there is usually plenty of space in the diary.
The 3G represents a serious investment by Eastwood FC, the Premier League and the FA. Built properly and looked after, the surface has a life of at least ten years, which is why the rules below matter.
Booking
Call 01773 432414 or email info@eastwoodfc.com and tell us what you need and when. Changing rooms and the Pitchside Bar can be hired alongside the pitch.
Bookings are honoured unless a rearranged Eastwood home game lands on a slot you have already booked. If that happens you get a credit and first refusal on a new date.
Using the pitch
- Footwear: moulded rubber studs only, coaches included. No flat soles, no metal studs, blades or spikes, and no astroboots. Boots must be clean — there are scrubbers in the spectator area and outside the entrance gate. Nobody goes on the pitch in the wrong footwear.
- Drinks: bottled water only on the playing surface. No soft or fruit-based drinks.
- No food on the surface, and please keep food and drink out of the spectator area.
- No chewing gum.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the green perimeter fencing. That is the law, not a house rule.
- No spectators on the playing surface.
- No vehicles on the 3G under any circumstances.
- Goals: ask a staff member for an induction first. All goals are wheeled and must be raised onto all their wheels and moved by four people. Put them back where you found them.
- Finish on time and leave the pitch clear of litter.
Floodlights are automatic and switch off at closing time. The surface is rated for football and general sport, fitness and recreation — if you are unsure whether what you have planned is covered, ask us before the booking starts.
Safety
We do not provide first aid cover for hirers, so you need your own arrangements and a way to call the emergency services. There is a first aid box behind the bar and a defibrillator on the wall behind the dugouts. Any accident anywhere on the site must be reported to Eastwood FC. Hirers play at their own risk.
Alcohol is permitted on site but not on or inside the 3G pitches without written permission for an event. Drugs are not permitted anywhere, and anyone breaching either will be ejected — drug incidents are reported to the police. Dogs are not allowed on the site, other than assistance dogs, which are not permitted on the playing surface.
These sit alongside our general terms and conditions of hire, which we will send you with your booking. Whoever makes the booking is responsible for everyone who comes with them.
