The programme
Football
Players train and are coached as full-time footballers, at Coronation Park, the same ground the first team plays at.
Education
A BTEC Level 3 alongside the football, so there is a qualification behind every player whatever happens next.
Where it sits
Inside the senior side of the club, not the junior section, with the club’s own full-time coaching and teaching staff.
